1.Our commitment
Premmisus is committed to making premmisus.com accessible to people with disabilities. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard most widely used in the United States and Canada.
We consider the site partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That means most of the site meets the standard, and we’re working on the few areas listed under Known limitations. We have not yet completed a formal audit by an independent accessibility specialist.
2.What we’ve done
Accessibility is part of how we build every page, not an add-on. Here’s what that looks like in practice:
- Clear structure: semantic HTML with landmarks, one main heading per page, headings in a logical order, and a “Skip to content” link.
- Keyboard access: every link, button, menu and form step works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline so you always know where you are.
- Readable contrast: text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background, and we never rely on color alone to convey meaning.
- Reduced motion: if you turn on “reduce motion” in your device settings, scroll effects and animations stop.
- Text alternatives: meaningful images and icons have text alternatives. Purely decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers so they don’t add noise.
- Accessible forms: every field has a label, and if something needs fixing we tell you in text, not just with color.
- Mobile friendly: pages adapt to small screens without sideways scrolling, buttons are large enough to tap, and you can zoom text up to 200%.
- No time pressure: our forms don’t time out while you fill them in.
3.Browsers and assistive technology
The site is built to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on desktop and mobile, and with common screen readers such as VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android), NVDA and JAWS (Windows). It relies on HTML, CSS and JavaScript, so please keep JavaScript turned on.
4.Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet work perfectly for everyone:
- Decorative animations and product mock-ups: some sections show animated dashboards and sample screens. They are illustrations, so they are hidden from screen readers and the key information is also given in text. If motion bothers you, turn on “reduce motion” in your device settings.
- Third-party tools: content from other companies, such as our booking calendar, WhatsApp, Google and Meta, is not fully under our control and may not meet the same standard.
- The estimate tool: it has several steps. If any step gives you trouble, call or email us and we’ll go through it with you, or simply give you the estimate over the phone.
5.Feedback and help
If something on the site gets in your way, or you need information in a different format, please tell us. We’ll help you directly and fix the problem where we can.
- Email: elliott@premmisus.com
Please include the page address and a short description of the problem, and the device, browser or assistive technology you use if you know it. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
6.How we keep improving
We check accessibility whenever we add or change a page, using automated tools and manual testing with a keyboard and screen readers. We review this statement at least once a year and whenever the site changes significantly.
